Empowering others has always been at the heart of who I am. Long before The Virtual Chapter, I was advocating for social justice causes in school and working in not-for-profits, driven by the belief that even small actions could create meaningful change.
That belief followed me into my corporate career, where I learned a lesson I carry to this day: IT has its own language, and most people don’t speak it.
In my first “proper” office job, I became an unofficial translator, bridging the gap between tech teams and everyday users who just wanted their systems to work. Meetings went from frustrating to seamless, processes improved, and relationships thrived - all because someone could step in, decode the chaos, and create clarity.
